Wahrend meiner Assistentenjahre lernte ich den Precis d'Anatomie patho logique von CH. ACHARD und M. LOEPER, 3. Aufl. , Paris 1924, kennen und als Oberarzt das gleichnamige Taschenbuch von G. Roussy, R. LEROUX und CH. OBERLING, ebenfalls in 3. Aufl. , Paris 1950, aufrichtig schatzen. Schon damals reifte der EntschluB, zu gegebener Zeit etwas Ahnliches zu wagen. Ein erster, freilich aus der Notzeit nach dem Kriege entstandener Versuch (1946, 1947) war erfolgreich. fetzt, auf die immer wieder vorge tragenen Bitten meiner Horer hin, habe ich mich entschlossen, meinen Vorlesungen iiber Allgemeine Pathologie (gemeinsam mit G. QUADBECK, Heidelberger Taschenbiicher Bd. 68) diejenigen der speziellen pathologischen Anatomie folgen zu lassen. Der hier vorgelegte Band entspricht meiner Sommervorlesung 1969. Sie wurde in dieser Form - so oder doch so ahn lich - seit 1946 gehalten. Sie berichtet nur iiber einen Teil der patholo gischen Anatomie, denn in einem kurzen Sommersemester kann man nicht mehr vortragen. Ein weiterer Band Spezielle pathologische Ana tomie II, ist daher in Druck. Er bringt aIle diejenigen Themen, welche jetzt nicht vertreten sind. Dort findet sich auch die Darstellung der Neuro pathologie durch Professor GUNTER U LE. Hat es einen Sinn, fragt der Anfanger, zu einem Zeitpunkte, da man be ginnt, Lernautomaten auch in der klinischen Medizin anzusiedeln, in ge botener Sorgfalt iiber Befunde und Tatsachen, Probleme und Aspekte einer morbid anatomy zu berichten? Selbst den Fragen der audiovisuellen Automation des Unterrichtes durchaus zugeneigt, weiB ich doch mit Sicherheit, daB es einen Niirnberger Trichter nicht geben wird.| SKU | NLS9783540048695 |
