Nahezu 2500 Experten aus allen Bereichen der Rehabilitation haben beim Heidelberger Rehabilitationskongre 1978 unter dem Traditionsmotto Rehabilitation als Schl ssel zum Dau- erarbeitsplatz eine eindrucksvolle Bilanz des in der Rehabili- tation Erreichten ziehen k nnen. Zugleich aber machten ihre Exponenten auch deutlich, da sich die Arbeit rur den Behin- derten in einem fortlaufenden Proze den sich wandelnden Verh ltnissen anzupassen hat, da noch vieles getan werden mu , um benachteiligten Gruppen von Behinderten die glei- chen Chancen zu er ffnen, und da es eine vorrangige Aufga- be unserer Gesellschaft bleibt, dem behinderten Mitb rger in allen Bereichen den ihm zustehenden Platz als gleichberech- tigtem Partner einzur umen.
