Morphologie der Papillae fungiformes by Hw Beckers
Vorliegende Arbeit schlie t an den Untersuchungen von Kunze (1969) ber die Papilla filiformis des Menschen an, in der aufgrund der Anwesenheit und Art der Nervenendformationen gezeigt werden konnte, da sie vornehmlich der Rezeption der Tastempfindung dient. Diese Arbeit beschreibt die Morphologie der als pilzf rmigen Zungenpapille bezeichneten Papilla fungiformis von Ratte, Meerschweinchen, Nutria und Wasserschwein in lichtoptischer, ultrastruktureller und rasterelektronenmikro- skopischer Sicht. Die vergleichende Darstellung der Ausformung der Papille, der Art der Epithel- und Bindegewebsbeziehung, der Modus der Gef - und Nerven- versorgung soll der Kl rung der Fragen dienen, ob einerseits bei nahe verwandten Formen ein einheitliches Bauprinzip f r die Papilla fungiformis vorliegt, und ob andererseits mit der Zunahme der K rpergr e (Vergleich zwischen Meerschwein- chen und Wasserschwein, dem gr ten rezenten Nager) Proportionsverschie- bungen in der Papillenarchitektur einhergehen. Die anatomisch-physiologischen Betrachtungen ber die W rme- und K lteempfindungen der Zunge von Rein (1925) und Strughold (1925) sollen mit der Art und Lokalisation der Nerven- endk rperehen innerhalb der Bindegewebspapille bei den untersuchten Formen in Beziehung gesetzt, die Funktion der Papilla fungiformis als Organ der Zungen- oberfl che spezifizieren. Material und Methode Die Papilla fungiformis der Zungenspitze und des vorderen Zungendrittels von Ratte (4 ) (Rattus norvegicus albino Wistar), Meerschweinchen (2 Cjl) (Cavia aperea f. porcellus) und Nutria (2 ) (Myocastor coypus) wurden untersucht. Um die Morphologie der Papille auf ihre Artspezifit t und Gr enbeziehung hin zu berpr fen, wurde als der n chste Verwandte des Meerschweinchens und als gr ter rezenter Nager das Wasserschwein (1 Cjl) (Hydrochoerus capybara) als Vergleichstier herangezogen.
