Medical Malpractice and Liability Claims in Trauma Surgery by J Rehn
Every diagnostic and therapeutic action of the doctor involves the risk of a faulty action. The more the possibilities of these procedures differentiate, the higher the demands on the doctor are placed on each patient. Trauma surgery has developed rapidly in recent decades. The previous predominantly conservative therapy was largely achieved by surgical therapy used for certain indications. For example, differentiated treatment methods have been developed for the treatment of fractures with indications developed from experience. The views presented below, and especially the court decisions, reflect the current position of dynamic development. It is foreseeable that the publication of this issue will result in even stricter standards, especially for the use of osteosynthesis and the assessment of its complications. Tempora mutantur et nos mutamur in Illis. From real and alleged errors in the detection and treatment of bone fractures and joint dislocations, liability claims against treating physicians are increasingly being derived. In most cases, unjustified claims are made because the layman cannot know the medical prerequisites for the assessment of the various types of development and forms of bone fractures and joint dislocations and thus their difficulties and dangers in diagnosis and therapy, which vary from case to case. The expert commissions set up by the State Chambers of Commerce for civil liability issues are largely occupied with the settlement of such alleged liability claims of patients. The operational employees are involved in a high percentage.| ISBN 13 | 9783540098966 |

"Kindle Unlimited kept raising prices. This is a one-time purchase and the file is permanently on my iPad. Best decision I've made for my reading habit."
"I compared Kindle vs this store. Kindle is cheaper monthly but you don't own anything. Here I paid once and the PDF is mine for life. Highly recommend."
"Left Kindle behind after they removed a book I was reading mid-series. With this PDF, nobody can take it away from me. True ownership feels good."
"Was skeptical about paying $18.95 when Kindle shows $3.99, but then I did the math — Kindle Unlimited is $143/year! This is way better value long term."
"Love that I can read this on any device without installing the Kindle app. The PDF works on my laptop, phone, and tablet seamlessly. So much freedom."
"My Kindle subscription was getting expensive. Switched to buying PDFs here and I'm saving money while actually building a permanent digital library I control."
