Dieses Manual ist ein Leitfaden fur die Praxis, der klar und einfach geschrieben ist. Er ist auch fur Leser verstandlich, die an den ma- thematischen Grundlagen der Tonographie nicht interessiert sind. Wenn eine geschickte Sprechstundenhilfe dieses Buchlein gelesen hat, kann sie das Tonographiegerat bedienen. Die Bewertung eines tonographischen Befundes ist naturlich stets Sache des Facharztes. Eine Tonographiekurve kann nur im Rahmen aller sonstigen Befunde etwas aussagen. Deshalb gehe ich nach Schilderung der Technik auch auf Fehlerquellen, Grundlagen, Mo- difikationen, Grenzen der Methode und auf die Bewertung tonogra- phischer Kurven ein, wobei diese Abschnitte sich an den Arzt und nicht an seine Mitarbeiterin richten. Das Prinzip der Tonographie und ihre Anwendung sind einfach. Leider haben. die etwas komplizierten theoretischen Grundlagen und die Schwierigkeiten bei der Bedienung der bisher erhaltlichen Tonographiegerate viele Kollegen in der Praxis davon abgehalten, sich dieser nutzlichen Methode zu bedienen. Erlauterungen der theoretischen Grundlagen erschienen mir zwar notig, weil die klini- schen Grenzen der Tonographie erst hierdurch verstandlich werden.| SKU | NLS9783540080930 |
