Im Bereich kardiovaskulärer Notfallmedizin gibt es z.T. relevante Unterschiede insbesondere in der klinischen Präsentation zwischen Frauen und Männern. Evidenz basierte Unterschiede werden in jedem Kapitel in einer besonderen Infobox „Frauen" hervorgehoben.
