Granulocytopoiesis under physiological and pathological conditions by I Boll
depends mainly on its regeneration intensity, for which the mitotic index in the fixed preparation is certainly a sufficient measure. For tumors with a low mitotic index, alternating high-dose treatment with Cytostatica has more theoretical prerequisites than continuous treatment, because in the meantime granulopoiesis can recover from its reserves by activation. E. Summary In this thesis, the mechanism of neutrophil granulocyte formation is discussed and a new theory of the proliferation of granulocytopoiesis is developed. In contrast to many other tissues, the proliferation of the typical alternating tissue, which goes through different stages of maturation, is made up of regeneration and differentiation. The assessment of proliferation activity from the bone marrow is further complicated in vivo by the unmanageable size of the leaching. Data on the morphological changes and time ratios in the development of neutrophil granulocytes will be compiled and supplemented by our experimental studies on in vitro tiber- living human bone marrow cells. By direct observation with the phase contrast microscope, results were obtained on the duration of mitosis, interkinesis and maturation from promyelocyte to segmental nucleated. In one in vitro observed case, maturing granulopoiesis had a maturation time from promyelocyte to segmental nucleus of 4 days and a generation time of 30 hours, which corresponds to a mitotic rate of 0.033 per hour with the observed mitotic duration of 1 hour. 1m stained bone marrow and culture smear, cells and mitotic phases, also under the influence of spindle toxins, were differentiated and the results were statistically evaluated. The DNA metabolism of the cells was determined by microautoradiography.| ISBN 13 | 9783540035015 |

"I was paying $11.99/month for Kindle Unlimited but realized I was renting books, not owning them. Bought this PDF and it's mine forever. Never going back to Kindle."
"Switched from Kindle to these PDFs. Same book, but I actually OWN it now. No monthly fees, no app required. Worth every penny."
"Kindle Unlimited kept raising prices. This is a one-time purchase and the file is permanently on my iPad. Best decision I've made for my reading habit."
"I compared Kindle vs this store. Kindle is cheaper monthly but you don't own anything. Here I paid once and the PDF is mine for life. Highly recommend."
"Left Kindle behind after they removed a book I was reading mid-series. With this PDF, nobody can take it away from me. True ownership feels good."
"Was skeptical about paying $18.95 when Kindle shows $3.99, but then I did the math — Kindle Unlimited is $143/year! This is way better value long term."
"Love that I can read this on any device without installing the Kindle app. The PDF works on my laptop, phone, and tablet seamlessly. So much freedom."
"My Kindle subscription was getting expensive. Switched to buying PDFs here and I'm saving money while actually building a permanent digital library I control."
