Der Transport bestimmter Stoffe im Pflanzenkorper ist so vielfaltig mit dem gesamten physiologischen Geschehen verbunden und steht so zentral im Mittel- punkt des ganzen Lebensgetriebes, daB es einerseits sehr wohl berechtigt ist, dieser Erscheinung besondere Aufmerksamkeit zuzuwenden und eine besondere Darstellung zu versuchen, daB es andererseits aber recht schwierig ist, eine klare Abgrenzung von einer Vielfalt von Erscheinungen vorzunehmen, die aIle damit in engerer oder weiterer Beziehung stehen. So gibt es keinen Stoffwechselvorgang in der Zelle, der nicht notwendig mit einer Bewegung der Reaktionspartner zum Reaktionsort hin und einem Abstrom der Reaktionsprodukte von diesem hinweg verbunden ware. Jeder Stoffaustausch zwischen den Organellen der Zelle, Stoff- aufnahme wie Stoffabgabe sind mit Transportvorgangen verkniipft und konnen iiberhaupt nicht davon getrennt werden. Es wird spater zu erortern sein, wie weit die hier tatigen Krafte, die uns schon auf kleinstem Raume innerhalb der Zelle begegnen, auch die Grundlagen bilden fiir jene Vorgange, die in der folgenden Darstellung unter dem eigentlichen und engeren Begriff des Stofftransportes verstanden werden sollen. Wir sprechen hier namlich immer dann von einem Stoff transport, wenn Stoffe durch eine Zelle hindurchtransportiert werden oder wenn sie zum mindesten von einer Zelle in die Nachbarzelle iibertreten. Wiederholt sich der Vorgang mehrmals von Zelle zu Zelle, erfolgt also eine Durchwanderung einer Zellkette oder eines ganzen Gewebeverbandes, dann tritt der Charakter dieses Stoff trans- portes besonders klar zutage.| SKU | NLS9783642949999 |
