Im folgenden ist in aller K rze die Sektionsmethode zur Darstellung gebracht, die sich mir an dem gro en Sektionsmaterial des Frankfurter Pathologischen Instituts und in den Sektionskursen bew hrt hat. Zu ihrer Begr ndung seien mir wenige Worte gestattet. Sezieren hei t zerlegen. Viele Sektionsmethoden haben das Bestreben, die nat r- lichen Zusammenh nge zu erhalten und deshalb die Organe m glichst berhaupt nicht von einander zu trennen. Das geht soweit, da die franz sische Methode Hals., Brust- und Bauchorgane im Zusammenhang herausnimmt (l'iwisceration totale d'embIee) und dann auf dem Tisch in die Organe Einschnitte gemacht werden. Ich halte ein solches Vor- gehen f r unn tig lmd 1l11praktisch, vor allem auch deshalb, weil nur der bereits sehr erfahrene Obduzent sich an einem solchen Konvolut von Organen noch zurecht findet. F r andere ist die Untersuchung der Zusammenh nge in situ besser, lehrreicher und vor allen Dingen einfacher und leichter. Daher lasse ich aUe Zusammenh nge in situ genau 1l11tersuchen, dann aber auch die Organe abtrennen und herausnehmen. Schon Virchow hat betont, da kein Bedenken besteht, die Organe nicht abzutrennen, faUs durch genauere Untersuchung sich kein Grund ergeben hat, den Zusammenhang dauernd zu erhalten.| SKU | NLS9783642892202 |
