Cervical spine diseases involving the nervous system by D Hohmann
Diseases of the spine involving the nervous system confront us with a wealth of symptoms, the interpretation and classification of which is sometimes imperfect, unsatisfactory or hardly possible from the point of view of a specialty. It often takes the combined efforts of orthopaedists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, psychiatrists and ENT doctors to find the way to efficient therapy via diagnosis. Neuroorthopaedics as a current term encompasses everything that the fields of neurology, neurosurgery and orthopaedics can contribute in terms of knowledge and experience to the detection and treatment, but also to the research of diseases of the musculoskeletal system involving the nervous system. The efforts to bring these activities together are not new, as a number of congresses and symposia on orthopaedic-neurological topics in recent years have shown. As early as 1900, i.e. one year before the founding of the German Society for Orthopaedic Surgery, Albert Hoffa wrote a book entitled Orthopaedics in the Service of Neurology and said: We are here in a field of our activity that has hitherto been little cultivated, but whose development promises the most beautiful fruits. In the 1920s, it was O. Foerster who, as a neurologist and surgeon, cooperated with orthopaedics in the most fruitful way and was an almost constant guest at German orthopaedic congresses. To this day, neurologists and neurosurgeons are among the most frequent and valued guest speakers at German orthopaedic congresses. Nevertheless, it was usually individual encounters that imparted new knowledge and from which very important suggestions and impulses emanated.| ISBN 13 | 9783642689222 |

"Kindle Unlimited kept raising prices. This is a one-time purchase and the file is permanently on my iPad. Best decision I've made for my reading habit."
"I compared Kindle vs this store. Kindle is cheaper monthly but you don't own anything. Here I paid once and the PDF is mine for life. Highly recommend."
"Left Kindle behind after they removed a book I was reading mid-series. With this PDF, nobody can take it away from me. True ownership feels good."
"Was skeptical about paying $18.95 when Kindle shows $3.99, but then I did the math — Kindle Unlimited is $143/year! This is way better value long term."
"Love that I can read this on any device without installing the Kindle app. The PDF works on my laptop, phone, and tablet seamlessly. So much freedom."
"My Kindle subscription was getting expensive. Switched to buying PDFs here and I'm saving money while actually building a permanent digital library I control."
